The Dream of the Earth

The Dream of the Earth is a collection of songs that tell the stories of humanity and its heart-to-heart connection with the living and breathing Mother Earth. The compositions grew out of the awareness that our Mother Earth is in a deep state of emergency, and offer a vision of a new world in which humanity lives in harmony with Earth and with the greater universe to which it belongs.

I feel extremely fortunate to have brought forth this music with Ben Monder. His innovative palette of sounds and the endless creative explorations inspire me and evoke in me a sense of intimate connection with myriad details of grand nature. His influence was essential to the realisation of this music.

The beautiful pieces of artwork presented on the album are paintings by Hundertwasser. His vision for harmonious existence with nature coalesces with mine. As a long time admirer of his work, I feel grateful for the opportunity to complement this music with his art.
